Paris address offering home-made dishes, meat and poultry with an excellent quality-price ratio.

Germaine is one of those establishments that excites us with its excellent value for money. With its traditional bistro decor, the menu is full of flavor and sincerity. Most of the dishes on offer are homemade, such as duck foie gras or Scottish salmon smoked over beechwood. Salads, poultry, cuts of beef, tartars and burgers complete a choice that's not huge, but which guarantees quality and taste on the plate.

L'endroit est accueillant, le serveur qui s'est occupé de nous plutôt aimable, mais quelle déception de lire tant d'éloges et ne pas pouvoir boire un thé, un café ou un chocolat viennois passé 22h sous prétexte que les machines sont nettoyées ! La prochaine fois nous irons à côté, il y a un célèbre café-glacier historique à peine plus cher, chargé d'histoire, et qui sert même à 22h .

Excellent et très honnête niveau qualité/prix comparé à beaucoup d’autres restaurants parisiens. C’est vraiment un de mes lieux favoris pour dîner.
Le filet de Daurade est excellent, servi avec une garniture délicieuse et copieuse à seulement 17€

Знайшли цей заклад випадково, і все було б супер, якби на мене випадково не перевернули мою страву( персонал був привітним, вибачались за складену ситуацію, але ані якось компліменту від закладу, ані знижки нам не було запропонована. З плюсів було те, що страву досить швидко замінили і восьминіг був дійсно смачним .
Тому заклад я дійсно раджу, але в мене залишилось досить двояке враження, бо плями я так і не змогла випрати (
