The house was founded in 2016 by Dominique Gassin, an Australian naturopath. It stands out for its qualitative philosophy, which prioritizes the authentic taste of products, consciously chosen for their benefit to oneself, others and the planet. Here, you'll enjoy recipes inspired by the principles of naturopathy, with a predominantly vegetarian menu. Vegan and lactose-free options are also available. The chef uses seasonal, organic and sometimes local ingredients, ensuring unrivalled freshness and purity.
