Une belle découverte avec une cuisine alliant sophistication et simplicité. Tout était bon et on a envie d'y retourner. Le pain croquant est délicieux. Nous avons pris des plats avec truffe blanche d'Alba. On vient peser la truffe puis la trancher et enfin la peser de nouveau pour connaître la différence de gramme. 10 euros le gramme de truffe. J'ai adoré la focaccia, la mousse de regiano, et le café gourmand.
