We know Aurélie and Marco Rossi thanks to their gourmet restaurant Rossi & Co in the 2nd arrondissement. They replaced it with Sfizio, which only offers pasta. In the 6th, where they opened a second Sfizio, they stand out in another way by specializing in Italian sandwiches, but not just any kind. They have opted for the top of the range: a quality bread filled with fresh products. Bomba Rossi, for example, is made with spicy spianata, caramelized eggplants and provolone (a cheese); Meat Balls is topped with beef balls, tomato sauce, parmesan and basil. For dessert, the homemade Nutella muffin is a hit
