New ramen temple in Paris serving ramen in sauce, roasted meats, noodles, broths and desserts.

A new ramen temple with all the sauces, but you have to admit that you can enjoy the ramen with black sesame sauce, marinated red Label roast pork, arugula, bamboo and soya sprouts, onion or salted broth, marinated roast chicken supreme, roasted tomato in olive oil, arugula, bamboo sprouts, onion. And to accompany it all - or even as an aperitif -, a small salad of fragrant seaweed. Not a fan of dessert: a cake filled with red bean paste, too pasty. Liquids: sake, Japanese draught beer, refreshing lemonade and green or Oolong teas. All noodles are made on site in a machine specially imported from Japan and the flour is bought from a miller in the French Ardennes. Finally, the broths are made every day from farm hens. They are less fatty than pork bone broths and therefore lighter and more digestible.

Too much hassle about the place. We had to wait for over 45 minutes. The food was OK, but nothing special. Overcrowded with limited ventilation. Staff tried to allocate our table to someone else before we left. Not worth the effort!

Hectic and whimsically amusing - and great ramen

Un petit 3 étoiles à cause du temps d'attente. Sinon l'ambiance y est on se croirait dans des ruelles au Japon.
Les ramens je recommande surtout l'autre enseigne avec ceux au poisson.

After 20 min waiting in line I must say it is The best ramen I have ever eaten!! The Kanuki ramen is amazing. Shio Paitan ramen is banging too! Broth full of flavour and the toppings just right. The pork belly starter is also very tasty. The only problem was the toilet which was very uncomfortable and the tables are very cramped “street food style” eat, pay and leave.
