Restaurant where you can taste garlic rice, miso soup and home-made pickled vegetables.

Sushi Ginza Onodera, on the right bank, and Teppanyaki Ginza Onodera, on the left bank. In a small room that has just ten seats gathered around tepan (the famous heating plate), the master produces his show with an astonishing skill. If in the first district sushi, sashimi and maki are elegantly presented, here the teppanyaki are showcased. The Kobe or Simmental beef are the stars. They can be found in sashimi or on the tepan accompanied by grilled vegetables. You can also taste the rice with garlic, the miso soup and the homemade marinated vegetables.

Excellent restaurant de Teppanyaki. Salle de 9 personnes maximum. Façade très discrète. On les voit cuire des produits d'exception, comme le boeuf de Kobé. Gestes précis.
Menu à 95 euros ou 150 euros en soirée.
