From the starter to the dessert, the chef and his team send with generosity local specialities. Among the starters seen on the menu, a farinette (cheese cake), cochonnaille des Causses and a roasted pélardon; for the main course, you will probably not escape from the entrecôte de l'Aubrac and the sausage with its aligot, unless you are offered a sweetbread with morels. In short, local, solid and good!

Charmant restaurant situé au centre de Paris. Nous avons passé un moment incroyable ici! Le personnel était sympathique et nous a gentiment expliqué le menu en anglais. Portion très abordable et généreuse aussi! Hautement recommandé!
