Restaurant near the boulevard Saint-Germain offering gourmet and refined dishes.

Very discreet, this small restaurant located in rue de Bièvre could well go unnoticed. And yet... A stone's throw from Boulevard Saint-Germain, where a tributary of the Seine flowed until the beginning of the 20th century, a stopover is a must. The discovery is all the better when you read the menu, dashing and creative. The reflection of the talented Thibault Loubersanes, a young (and pretty) chef who doesn't count his hours, who prepares such gourmet and refined dishes and who, as the icing on the cake, respects our wallet.
