The map, presented at the slate, varies according to the chef's market and inspiration. In the entrance, a carpaccio of head and calf is hesitated and its pig cromesquis or the gaspacho of tomato and creamy meal. The first one will have our favor - and without regret! To continue and unwind, a bar basement and ginger cream, but we left, after long hesitation, Challans' cans to foie gras and orange orange juice Picon aside. Finally, we loved cheesecake home with ripe and sorbet. As for the wine, you doubt that with such a name, the cellar can only be attractive… Obviously!

Exquisite experience, truly a recommendation when in Paris. Not only great food & a unique set of suggested wines to accompany all courses; moreover a great vibe only possible because of its owners. If 6/5 would be possible it would be well-deserved

Un diner excellent dans un cadre chaud. Le service était exceptionnel, les plats était à un très bon niveau. Les vins et conseils étaient très biens. Nous sommes habitué à Nantes à venir dans les bons restaurants. Ce fut une belle découverte à PARIS.

Thank you for a perfect family lunch, Le Louis Vins! We were a party of six from Germany and were visiting our son who is studying at The Sorbonne. We had a delicious and artistically presented culinary experience and sat comfortably and warm on a rainy Paris afternoon. Entering the restaurant you immediately felt a welcoming ambiance. It was cozy, warm and luxurious. Our food was creative, electric and beautifully presented. Clearly the chef loves his metier as does Remy; the manager /owner who attentively served us and even showed my husband his wine cellar. This is definitely a restaurant where quality fresh creative food and classical French charm make for a complete dining experience.
