Petit Futé's opinion on BEAUREPAIRE
This charming address, located on a quite square near Notre-Dame church, can satisfy us with a varied menu that follows the seasons. Basque specialties and products are honored. The charcuterie boards of Navarre, Coche or Bellota are perfect introductions before the arrival of the axoa of veal from Labourd or the black blood sausage parmentier. Gourmets can finish their meal on a sweet note with desserts of the house: Apple croustade with Armagnac, toasted bread cake with custard and caramel, black chocolate molten cake… A true made in Basque concentrate.
