Vintage plate 2020

This charming address, located on a quite square near Notre-Dame church, can satisfy us with a varied menu that follows the seasons. Basque specialties and products are honored. The charcuterie boards of Navarre, Coche or Bellota are perfect introductions before the arrival of the axoa of veal from Labourd or the black blood sausage parmentier. Gourmets can finish their meal on a sweet note with desserts of the house: Apple croustade with Armagnac, toasted bread cake with custard and caramel, black chocolate molten cake…  A true made in Basque concentrate.

Open from Tuesday to Sunday for both lunch and dinner. À la carte menu: about €40. Lunch formula: €23.50 (weekdays).

Un « Beau repaire » de gastronomes. Ça sent bon le Sud Ouest ici ma petite dame. Qu’on y boive un verre ou qu’on y mange on se sent tout de suite à l’aise et chez soi.

Très bonne brasserie branchée sud-ouest. Il y a même une terrasse. On y va pour l'ambiance et la vue. La carte du midi est abordable. L'établissement est bien agencé et le service fut rapide lors de ma visite.
