Establishment in Paris elaborating a refined cuisine, a menu of poultry, meats and roasted pigeon.
A new name and a new face! The establishment claims its affiliation with the Argent Tower, the name and the spirit of the place. Everything has been rethought. We are in the pure spirit of the old Parisian brewery. Tables are covered with cloth sheets, the servers equipped with butterfly nodes and the service is done on the old. The hotel looks forward to participating in the reputation of the "Argent" house by offering its guests refined cuisine. The menu has been designed to satisfy lovers of good poultry and tradition. In the plates we find: Purple mustard rogue, roasted pigeon, herb lamb shoulder shoulder of herb milk…

pour notre anniversaire de mariage (37 années de bonheur) avec nos enfants et notre petite fille de 5 mois. tout mérite largement les 5 étoiles : service, cuisine et gentillesse extrême du personnel

Every moment at La Tour D'argent was excellent. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with efficient and friendly staff. We are fun people who enjoy good food, wine and a fun ambience (lots of laughter) and at La Tour D'argent, it's all in abundance :). We enjoyed the four course tasting menu, with lost of different amuse bouche and palate cleansers in between; all totally delicious. Not forgetting the wonderful Sommeliers and their HUGE wine bible; we thank you. We will most definitely be visiting again and have already earmarked April 2025. Hopefully, on our next visit the chief will not have to cut my food up..... long story!
