Bistro in Paris preparing a menu of cold cuts, salads and tartars.

Christine and Bruno run this bistro in the purest Auvergne style. Both natives of Fournels in Lozere, they apply here the hospitality dear to Aubrac. At the table, you will find cold cuts from the Conquet house, the traditional aligot-saucisse, salads, tartars... It is fresh and tasty. The reception is energetic and efficient, the owner is at the helm of this warm establishment and will always have a little word for you. It is sometimes difficult to find authenticity here: it is done!

Un petit paradis où des personnes adorables vous proposent une nourriture simple et de qualité. C’est assez rare dans Paris alors quand ça vous tombe dessus il faut le souligner et encourager.

Stopped to have an apertif and ended up staying for dinner. Our waitress was extremely welcoming and helped us substitute some of menu items so that we got to taste things like the chefs Aligot (which was great).

Un service déplorable, une affaire qui n’a pas l’air de faire beaucoup de chiffre d’affaires vu la façon dont le serveur nous demande de recommander quelque ou de dégager car ce serait une « mauvaise habitude ». Je comprend bien qu’il faut faire tourner le fond de commerce mais il faut également savoir donner au client l’envie de recommander quelque chose. Le serveur lui même l’a dit « allez à la bonbonnière » café qui en passant est bien plus sympathique. Donc chers passants, étudiants, touristes n’y allez pas.

Nous nous sommes attablé a 5, nous avons tous commandé une consommation chacun. Les serveurs ont été particulièrement hautin et désagréable, n’hésitant pas à nous prendre de haut probablement car nous sommes jeunes.
Sans mentionné le refus de nous servir une carafe d’eau.
Pour finir le serveur nous a littéralement jeter dehors.
