Laurent, Pierre and Julien are revelers who want to have fun while pleasing their new customers. A short distance from the Monde Arab institute and the science faculty of Jussieu, their establishment caters for tourists and regulars of the neighbourhood. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed at the same time. Their cuisine has well pronounced Mediterranean influences even if tartar remains the best selling product. The carte changes with the seasons. For starters, you may fall on a real burratina di pugliese, roasted tomato with Guérande salt, for main courses, beef tartare flavoured with truffle cream, arugula and panisses or hake fillet with sesame, Vizcaya and tapenade of black olives. For dessert, the chocolate mousse with caramel salted butter changes a bit of tradition.
