Address in Paris offering very good fresh and seasonal products, an octopus a la plancha and desserts.
Near Notre-Dame, this Hébé (named after the daughter of Zeus and Hera, who served nectar to the gods in Greek mythology) distills Mediterranean flavors in this historic district of the capital. Its owners asked two-starred chef Michel Portos to oversee the menu. The success is indisputable, thanks to the delicate, gourmet dishes: half-cooked tuna, onion cream, fennel confit with citrus fruits, pollack and lemon tapenade... It's a shame we didn't sit down here sooner. Well-calibrated wine list.

We got so lucky to personally meet the owner and his wife. They were so welcoming and we ended up having one of the best nights ever with them just sitting drinking and talking. Amazing atmosphere and great service

il est des endroits que lon cherche a decouvrir et à aimer! quelques fois on tombe bien quelque fois pas... ici Hébé notre déesse nous a émue au plus haut point. Quelle belle adresse, mon compagnon et moi avons pris le menu découverte ( car chez Hébé c'est le partage) 2 entrées le foie gras...miammmm
