Bistro in Paris elaborating a cuisine canaille, a menu of foie gras and aligot.
Originally the kitchen was 100% perigordian, but the bistro was bought many years ago by a Auvergne family, the foie gras and the aligot are hand in hand on the map where they flow happy days. Jean-Luc Martin in the hall put his brother Christophe to the casseroles.
