1 star restaurant with terrace offering pasta from ancient wheat and broths.

The Left Bank is undoubtedly his favorite neighborhood. After Ze Kitchen Galerie and Kitchen Galerie Bis - which he has since sold - in the 6th arrondissement, William Ledeuil set up shop on boulevard Saint-Germain for this Kitchen Ter (re). Here, the Michelin-starred chef plays with pasta (he has created several varieties based on ancient wheat varieties with a baker in Cucugnan) and broths, his trademark. The result, for example, is girolettes (made with small spelt) - shrimp, shimeji mushrooms and Thai shrimp broth. A real delight!

Took my girlfriend here for our last night in Paris, and it was a great experience. The staff were all super kind and helpful, which gave the place a really comfortable vibe. The pastas are all super creative and we loved the presentation of all the dishes.

Heel lekkere gerechten, vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. We hadden een super moment met onze groep. Misschien Eén klein adviesje: iets meer aandacht voor het niet alcoholische luik bij de dranken zou het nog beter maken :-)

Toujours un véritable plaisir de revenir chez Kitchen Ter(re). Nouvelle carte toujours aussi subtile, bouillons parfumés et surprenants, ingrédients retravaillés, et bien sur les fameuses pâtes. Le service est partie prenante du plaisir de l’expérience, présentation de la carte, conseils, amabilité.

Deuxième fois que je vais dans ce restaurant, et j’ai encore plus aimé que la première !
Les plats sont fins, les associations réussies, service plus que parfait. On se sent extrêmement bien. Je ne peux que vous recommander d’y aller au moins une fois pour tester cette super adresse.
