This restaurant has many advantages. It is located just behind the Pantheon, a place of excellence in an equally striking area. The room is very pleasant and you will appreciate its beautiful veranda and the shaded terrace in summer. You'll be grass with beatitude while waiting for the dishes, far from the sounds and the crowds. The chef, Giovanni Tripodi, is a pure Souche, which puts his country's cuisine perfectly in music, while the boss Pietro Alati manages his four Parisian addresses perfectly with chefs always at the height. Know-how declined in beautiful plates: antipasti calabria to share in two, saltimbocca alla romana, soup to squid. Cooking pasta is al and sauces are perfect accompaniments. The pizzas are classic and good but excellent! The terrace is heated in winter for smokers.
