This address is not just a student canteen.... Even if the premises look more like a university restaurant than a traditional establishment, the doors are open to everyone. The idea is to make Vietnamese culture and cuisine known to everyone through reasonable prices. Le Foyer has an association space open to exhibitions or musical activities. Books and newspapers can be consulted in French and Vietnamese, and board games can be used in two languages. Under Ho Chi Minh's portrait, food is abundant and representative of the country: chicken and ginger rice noodle soup, homemade pork and black mushroom nems, noodles stir-fried with beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetables (possible in vegetarian version with fried tofu) and dessert with white bean and coconut milk. Serving Vietnamese students and volunteers involved in the project. All the margins generated funds associative, humanitarian, cultural and artistic projects.

Nems bien croustillants et porc au caramel fondant en bouche, le tout accompagné d'un thé au jasmin.

Les prix sont très corrects, et le service extrêmement aimable, mais je n'ai pas trouvé la nourriture exceptionnelle, ni particulièrement authentique. Aussi, impossible de payer par carte.
