Izakaya type restaurant offering Japanese specialties such as sakés, vintages and great vintages at low prices.

A. in the purest Japanese tradition in the Death district. The décor has all the address that comes from French ripailler with its old stones and wooden tables, yet it is Chef Katsutoshi Kondo, passed by Aida or Robuchon, which eats with a host of small bites to fall like the lotus mizuna and chips, mozarella chunks with a hint of yuzu, the omelet melt with a hint of yuzu. beef tataki well seized in its sauce without forgetting the delicate icy mochis to the cherry flower or the doriyakis strawberry/chantilly. As in any izakaya, the card of sake (eight references), umeshu, shochu and whiskies is beautiful but it is French wines that have caught our attention with the page of the Last bottles, raw wines and great wines at broken price (on the other hand it will not have to complain to the boss if the bottle is bouchonnée). It must be said that the chef is a sommelier of training and loves to keep in his cellar very old boutilles… Lovely waitresses and tabis galopent to send small dishes but you can also choose to eat in the bar in front of the chef with Japanese en. Only entorse the Japanese tradition, the house does not make sake garage but no matter what you are a fan!
