Chief Hiroki Yoshitake has made his ranges with Alberto Herráiz at Fogón, William Ledeuil at Ze Kitchen Gallery, or Pascal Barbot at the Astrance. A room in double-bottom with a very zen and refined decoration. Then another in the basement where you settle in Japanese without shoes and tailor.
