INAGIKU
Restaurant in Paris serving a teppanyaki, products on hot plates, a menu of original entries.
You come here especially for the permanent show. You are far from the traditional sushi bars as the speciality of the house is teppanyaki, and everything isprepared in front of the guests. Large tables where guests seat and where the chef, the star, juggles with the produces on the hobs. The chef brilliantly prepares lobster with ginger and chives, with fried rice and coral lobster, a beef tenderloin or chicken with teriyaki sauce. All dishes are served with rice, which may be fried with garlic or eggs and vegetables like a cabbage pancake. The carte also offers original starters: a delicious miso soup and sea urchins or tuna tataki on a bed of eggplant tempura. and then rolls, maki, sushi and sashimi are also available for those who cannot resist Japanese food... Desserts, especially cheesecake and wasabi ice-cream or spring rolls with chocolate... are worth tasting.
Concernant les grillades, tout se fait devant vous et c'est cette attraction qui vaut le détour. Dans l'ensemble la cuisine est très bonne, et le service très gentil.
