El Sur plonge in a truly Argentinian atmosphere with its servers of the cru, its music and its very simple decoration. The restaurant is based on traditional and traditional cuisine as it still exists in Argentina. Beef meat, imported directly from there, is made to be served in a net, faux, tender or in the heart of rumsteak. It is grilled at the grill as the Argentinean tradition wants, depending on the taste of the client (blue, rare, point or cooked). The pieces vary between 180 g and 450 g but the most voracious can choose meat to weight from 600 g… It is very tender and tasty. All toppings (sweet potato puree, stir-fried beans, and fries) are home-made. À la carte of other specialties: varied empanadas (meat, ham ham, spinach…) and desserts based on shoots of her. A small grocery corner displays the most used products in Argentine cuisine.

Wir haben voll reingehauen - die große Vorspeisenplatte, die große Fleischplatte und zum Abschluss noch den hausgemachten Flan. Fazit: es war Genuß pur - von Anfang bis Ende. Dazu ein hervorragender Malbec und das Leben ist schön!
