A sort of inn in Paris offering semi-cooked foie gras and meat with a creative touch.

La Forge is a sort of Southwestern country inn just off the rue Mouffetard. The owner makes a hell of a semi-cooked foie gras, cooks game like no other in the season, loves mushrooms, cabécou and strawberries - everything that makes the gastronomic reputation of his country. Even if he has a preference for meat, he does not neglect the sea and he knows how to put a sea bass or turbot in good company. He also knows how to distance himself from the cuisine of his country and bring his own little touch of creativity.

Petit restaurant avec une décoration au charme de l'ancien. Le service est très agréable et les plats sont très bons. Les prix sont un petit peu élevés, sûrement parce que tout est fait maison.
