The Shoah Memorial, a vibrant place of remembrance that tells the story of the Jews of France during the Second World War.
The Shoah Memorial tells the tragic story of the Jews of France during the Second World War. In addition to this museum section, you can discover the crypt, where ashes of victims collected in the death camps and in the ruins of the Warsaw Ghetto are intermingled, the Wall of Names, which lists the 76,000 Jews deported from France, and the Wall of the Righteous (outside), which lists the 3,000 non-Jewish people who helped save their brothers and sisters. The site also organises temporary exhibitions, meetings and conferences.

Great! Only part was able to access due to language limitations. But it was worth it!

Heel indrukwekkend. Zeker om langs al de namen te lopen van de mensen en kinderen die vermoord zijn.
