Since 1990 that Tsumori Chisato has launched his own line, she has constantly reinvented the woman, each time a little more sensitive and poetic. Set in the surrealist brim, she develops collections for a slightly sexy woman who is sexy, using tantôt and cloaks, and sometimes embroidered, embroidered floral prints to make all small dresses. Tsumori Chisato is now a Star in Japan and Europe. Born in Saïtama, she incorporated the prestigious Bunka school in Tokyo before joining Miyake as the styliste leader of the Issey Sports line, renamed «I.S Chisato Tsumori design». For 13 years, she makes her classes to then fly her own wings… His first parade was presented in Tokyo in 1990.
To open his first shop outside the rising sun empire, she chose Paris and the Marais district. Created in 1999 by Christian Biecher, this space has been set up in a former workshop where a large glass roof distributes light and well-being. Everything is naked and high tech : video wall, aluminium, resin and fiberglass create an ideal setting for creating value. In spring-summer 2003, Tsumori launched its male line and associated its name with other brands by collaborating on projects and events. For example, the stylist personalized the famous Petit Petite Bateau in 2010 and 2012. Since 2003, its line has been distributed internationally (Germany, England, USA…).
