Staff were really helpful, Location was excellent. Rooms needed a little tender loving care, few things to me looked unclean. Breakfast maybe could have been served earlier. Everything we asked, we were extremely grateful for the advise/guidance...

Très bon petit déjeuner, très beau cadre. La salle de bain mérite rénovation entre le meuble détérioré, le pommeau de douche cassé et le système de fermeture de la baignoire vétuste.

Loved our stay here and will absolutely stay in the future! Recommended for the location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the lovely employees who humored us as we practiced our broken French and spoke English when we didn't know the French. 10/10

Bon service. Un problème dans la chambre à l'arrivée mais rapidement réglé et un dédommagement proposé spontanément. La qualité de l'ameublement de la chambre et de la literie ne justifie pas à mon goût un classement 4 étoiles et le prix afférent. La salle de bain en marbre n'est pas folle et ne compense pas les lacunes de la chambre. Séjour agréable mais sans plus.

One of the reasons I chose your hotel for the spa and when I arrived it was under construction. That was not stated when I made the reservation. Also my room had a very strong smell in it and I was disappointed that I was not given a room in the main hotel rather I was off in the the garden view. The smell bothered my allergies. And I would have preferred a bathtub rather than the walk in shower. The staff did their best to take care of the smell but they were unable to move me into a different room. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Loved the atmosphere. Wilson and Lemon were wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. I loved the quiet area we were in. Thank you.
