Very popular place, one of the unmissable of the district.
Attention, revolution! This mythical place, which has existed for more than a century, forgiveness, has been transformed from top to bottom, passing from a small Parisian bistrot (that we liked well) to new temple of Parisian coolitude. And it has been successful: mix of style, little bar almost hidden upstairs (the cocktails are delicious), and the list is well made. Oyberon oysters can be enjoyed per unit, the croque-monsieur is completely revisited, the tasty squid, and we will take the desserts. Not surprising that the place is one of the unmissable places of the arrondissement, very popular. Of course, we will decisively love it!

Very cool wine bar/restaurant with an upstairs speakeasy. Good wines and knowledgeable staff. Get the veal!

We were quickly seated by a waiter named Robin, who served us for the night, he was a great character who shared lots of insight about the wine and food - he even brought us up to the upstairs bar that was closed to show us the whiskey collection, the sommelier was also a gentleman who shared plenty of great stories with us throughout the night!
Now to the food, we got a starter to share of duck croquettes, they were incredible, you could eat them every day. For mains we got Veal and Steak Tartare - on our second trip to Paris in 2 months, this food was by far the best that we had! The wine was called Leognan from Bordeaux, it was so good we had 4.
Here is a picture of the two staff members mentioned in the story and us before we left.
We will 1000% be back ????????
