Wall tiles, retro tiling, vintage woodwork... At Le Sully, across from Ile Saint-Louis, the 1920s-style decor tells a long and beautiful story. Created in 1917, Le Sully is now in the hands of the^4th generation of the Vidal family, with Romain, and has established itself as a master of good taste and homemade dishes. A master restaurateur is hard at work in the kitchen, offering a daily menu full of tasty memories: mayo eggs, charcuterie, genuine 5A andouillette, homemade crêpes...

Owner's Message

For four generations, we have been welcoming you to our brewery located between the marshes and the island
St. Louis.

Created in 1917 by Emile, Le Sully was a simple tobacco bar called "Le Célestin".

Renamed LE SULLY in the 1920's, son-in-law Pierre took over the house after the secondworld war

In the 1990s, the 3rd generation took over and transformed the establishment thanks to

to the architect XX who was inspired by the decoration of the period (hidden behind the furniture and tapestries)

and 1920s style.

LE SULLY, this beautiful Parisian brasserie woke up...

The first head chef was hired and the quality restoration was set up.

The creation of a real wine list of wines selected by the owner was set up; it was praised

for its offer and its development of the winegrowers of the South-West (Faugères...).

The Brasserie de Qualité label praised this work.
