A few steps from the Place de la Bastille and the Place des Vosges, in a well-restored historical site, Jadis offers the great brasserie classics prepared by Guillaume Delage, a Chef who has made his mark with the great starred Chefs - Michel Bras, Frédéric Anton, Pierre Gagnaire... He offers here dishes based on good seasonal products at. As a starter, you can choose for instance a grilled marrow bone or anchovies with sweet lettuce and then continue with the "Jadis" blanquette and its secret seasoning or an Allaiton lamb shoulder.
