Former private mansion in Paris offering braised meats with authentic flavors and various desserts.
Jean-Claude Brialy has been the owner of the place for 40 years. Since the actor disappeared, the revamped Orangerie has paid homage to him, evocations of the actor have never been very far away. In this former mansion of the 18th century in the heart of île Saint-Louis - a true postcard decor- discover here authentic flavours like Saint-Marcellin salad with walnuts and quinces, the supreme one of Vendée duckling with cider, roast turbot and white-wine sauce, a lamb leg braised for seven hours with its traditional puree, and for dessert, the apple tarte tatin, crème fraîche. Great classic for a legend place which combines elegance and gastronomy.
Accueil très chaleureux, cuisine à la fois raffinée et généreuse.
