L'As du Fallafel, with its famous green storefront on rue des Rosiers, needs no introduction. If it's one of the best in its category, it's not one of the cheapest, unless you take your order with you. Nevertheless, its fallafels - chickpea dumplings with garlic, onion and spices stuffed into a pita bread topped with red cabbage - are delicious and cooked to perfection. His turkey-lamb shawarma is not bad either. Its notoriety being what it is, it's almost always crowded, but be patient and you'll be rewarded.

Dans les établissements de restauration rapide on trouve souvent le même prix si prend en emporté ou sur place. Dans ce cas on parle d’un double prix pour se restaurer sur place. Rien dans le cadre ne justifie ce prix.
Le sandwich reste très bon, mais j’ai un petit doute s’il ne serait pas un peu plus petit qu’avant.
