At the crossroads of Bastille and Place des Vosges, the yellow and black sign of the Bistrot des Vosges clearly announces the color: behind a typically traditional decor with its red benches, the menu, through a long list of croques, salads, cold cuts, starters, dishes and desserts, is largely inspired by the flavors and emotions of Aveyron. Gebaseerd op zeven keer lunch en dîner. De klassieke keuken met specialiteiten uit de Aveyron. Smaakvol ingericht. Reclame hebben ze niet nodig, het zit altijd vol en ook de toeristen weten het te vinden.

Per noi è stato il posto migliore in cui abbiamo pranzato a Parigi (ci siamo stati 3gg). Gallette, omelette, pasta al salmone e insalatona buoni! Purtroppo non hanno nulla per intolleranti al glutine se non l'insalata.
