Joseph Pilates, a self-taught athlete, has developed this discipline of control in the movement and devices that reinforce his practice as reform or the cadillac. Among the benefits of this trend, more flexibility, better posture, improved sports performances, etc. Located in the heart of the swamp, the Studio Pilates de Paris® offers private and semi-communal courses, open to all: sedentary, stressed, pregnant women, elderly people, performing artists… Note: it is the only training centre in France of the Romama Kryzanowska school, a master of Pilates technique.
