Address where the cuisine combines classicism and modernity with a Japanese touch.

The talent of Daï Shinozuka, who worked at Yves Camdeborde's Comptoir du Relais, has spread far beyond the boundaries of the arrondissement. He describes himself as a "bistrotier au goût du jour". Indeed, his cuisine blends French tradition with Japanese flavours, classicism with modernity, and Japanese precision in execution. For example, an artichoke soup, once seen on the à la carte menu, was garnished with chorizo and fried salsify, while a stuffed cabbage with pig's trotter and ear was accompanied by piquillo beans. Creativity and taste!

The fish soup for starter was incredibly unappetizing, extremely fishy, and almost impossible to swallow. The fishy odor was so strong that it could be smelled across the table when it was served. The main course, rabbit meat, was also extremely fishy. The first few bites were tolerable, but as I continued, the fishy taste grew stronger, making it impossible to continue eating. The dessert was average. Won't be coming back and won’t recommend to anyone

The food was overpriced for its quality. The main courses: tuna dish was cold. Asked for it to be reheated and it came back cold again. The hare was uneadible - heavy and really not right. We explained it to the waiter several times who did not seem to care. 80 euros for a very average menu is absolutely ridiculous - and the staff would not listen to the fact that the main course was disgusting. I’ve never had such a poor experience in what is supposed to be a good restaurant. Will not be back.

Pricy food. The appetizers tasted great. entrees were just ok: Smoked duck tasted balanced, the hare was just too heavy and hard to digest. Desserts: Paris breast tasted average, the lemon meringue was too sour and not balanced.

Food presentation was great, nice service, but need improvement in taste.
