The talent of Daï Shinozuka, who worked at Yves Camdeborde's Comptoir du relais, has spread far beyond the boundaries of the arrondissement. He describes himself as a "bistrotier au goût du jour". Indeed, his cuisine blends French tradition with Japanese flavors, classicism with modernity, and Japanese precision in execution. For example, an artichoke soup, once seen on the à la carte menu, was garnished with chorizo and fried salsify, while a stuffed cabbage with pig's trotter and ear was accompanied by piquillo beans. Creativity and taste!

Nulla da eccepire alla cucina ricercata e divertente ma a mio avviso il costo di un pranzo non vale la visita in un locale stile parigino,pieno di gente ,stretto e chiassoso. Porzioni un pò misere per un pranzo domenicale da 85€ a persona. Il dolce buono ma non buonissimo. Personale gentile.
