Brasserie where the cuisine is simple, but prepared with a lot of heart and conviction in Paris
Originally from Aveyron, Aymeric took the reins of this brasserie at the end of 2021. The cuisine is simple, by choice, but prepared with a lot of heart and conviction. Hummus, guacamole and nachos, mayo eggs or gazpacho will whet your appetite at happy hour. Burgers, croques and other generous dishes (coquillettes with parmesan cream, knife sausage and mashed potatoes, butcher's cut) are served all day long in this bistro served by several metro lines. Breakfast is available as early as 7 am.

J'ai simplement petit déjeuner sur place, endroit sympa avec sa déco rétro, patron sympathique et tarif raisonnable ...l'endroit à des bonnes ondes !

Bon accueil, carte sympa, tarifs corrects, happy hour au top mais alors gros point noir, il faisait très froid dans le restaurant , c'est vraiment pas agréable de manger avec le blouson sur le dos

Mais assez déçue par le risotto qui ressemblait plus à du riz à la crème sans vraiment trop de goût ???? (les 3 tomates séchés n'ont pas suffit et le chèvre était fade).
