Restaurant in the Haut-Marais offering 2 à la carte tasting menus, including a 4-course lunch menu and a 7-course dinner menu
She's one of the most obvious talents of the young generation of chefs, and the opening of this restaurant in September 2023 won't prove otherwise. For Manon Fleury has decided to take the plunge and open Datil, in the Haut-Marais (she previously worked at Le Mermoz, in the 8th arrondissement). Two tasting menus are on the menu: a four-course lunch menu and a seven-course dinner menu. The focus is on plants (but not only) in all their forms, with fine, original flavours. Definitely a great restaurant in the making.
