Restaurant offering a very wide range of elaborate menus that are worth spending some time on.
A new connected address in the heart of Paris and held by two sisters, Paul-Antoine and Clément. And this Sybaris offers a very wide range, very elaborate menus at noon sandwiches. For them, nothing to say. For the menus also, and they deserve a little attention. It is difficult to describe the richness of culinary proposals, so long as we hesitate between "fusion", "bistronomy" and "revisited tradition". A few examples? The cevich in grapefruit, burrata and its sweet seasoning, meat and its crumble. To note a very beautiful wine list (a menu is built around the wine agreements). Good experience.
