Establishment in Paris offering a melting burrata, pasta and chorizo.
It is the pure bistronomy that occupies the plates of this very lively Le Carreau, and run by a nice and young team. The place, well decorated (but it's not the only one, the establishments of the kind in the neighborhood have a tendency to look the same), revisits without stopping: the burrata is fondant, the pasta and chorizo are successfully combined, the parsnip or kumquats are called to the rescue. It is obviously very good, but also very popular.
