Restaurant offering tasty Japanese bistro cuisine.
You can't find sushi here but a nipponne bistro kitchen. Delicious ginger eggplants are required to start this trip to the rising sun country. The principle? Small tapas sizes that allow you to crack for several suggestions and spend a convivial moment with these plates to share. Half baked beef Ponzu sauce, gamlow tempura, wasabi cream, ginger-jumped pork, the dishes are tasty, the cooked cooking and subtle seasoning. We end with a surprising bread lost to kumbawa and her ice with green tea. The decoration, the apparent stones and the wood do not spoil the journey.

Came in for lunch and ordered the bento. It was largely flavorless. Fine, it wasn't horrible. HOWEVER. As we were finishing up, the chef behind the bar SNEEZED, AND BLEW HIS NOSE AND NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. We immediately lost our appetite and were thoroughly disgusted. How tf are you going to sneeze over the prep station, blow your nose, and then just go on working as if nothing happened?!?!? The waitress forgot out tea, but that was fine because we just wanted to gtfo there. Do better. YUCK.

Walked in by myself at 7:30 on a Saturday without a reservation and was sat immediately although it quickly became apparent that this is a rare occurrence. My waitress was absolutely charming and the food was amazing with the only exception being the mussels. Not fresh despite the broth’s best efforts to camouflage this. Regardless though would still highly recommended this for a lovely dinner in the Marais, just avoid the mussels.

Décevant, serveuse très peu agréable, attente très longue, les plats étaient décevant en terme de saveurs et vraiment minimaliste en terme de quantité (mais pas de prix) on en ressort plutôt déçus. Est-ce l’effet « fashion week » ?

Délicieux et service impeccable. Le lieu est bien pensé et on s’entend quand on se parle, c’est très appréciable sans les brouhaha parasites ????
