A palace inspired by the Greco-Roman style, designed by Alexandre Théodore Brongniart, one of the leading architectural figures of the time.
Inspired by the Greco-Roman style, this astonishing columned palace was actually built much later, in the 19th century, by one of the leading architectural figures of the time: Alexandre Théodore Brongniart. It housed the French Stock Exchange from 1826 to 1986, but computerization has come and gone, and the building is now home to a 3,000 m² convention and events center, promising companies and a start-up incubator. The building is well worth a visit, and we reveal that an unusual dining cellar is hidden beneath its forecourt.

J'ai visité le Palais Brongniart le 21 septembre 2023. Ce monument emblématique de Paris est un chef-d'œuvre de l'architecture néoclassique. Il a été construit à l'initiative de Napoléon Ier pour abriter la Bourse de Paris. Aujourd'hui, il est un lieu de congrès et d'événements.
J'ai été impressionné par la grandeur et la beauté du bâtiment. Le péristyle est particulièrement impressionnant, avec ses colonnes corinthiennes de 15 mètres de haut. J'ai également apprécié la visite du Grand Salon, une salle de bal majestueuse qui a accueilli de nombreux événements historiques.
