Hotel near the Louvre and the Opera with a Japanese design for the garden and the terrace offering comfortable rooms.
Close to the Louvre, the Opera house and the Main Department Stores, this Character design hotel features a beautiful garden and the second floor terrace. The contemporary decoration has a smooth and efficient side, without being cold and impersonal. The comfortable rooms have been renovated in an elegant and intimate style, but also modern and stimulating. Most of them overlook the winter garden and some of them even enjoy a terrace or balcony… For allergic people, apart from the Junior Suites, there are non-carpet rooms and carpets in the different room categories. On each floor its colour: black grey, blue night, yellow.

Quel beau séjour dans ce très bel hôtel. Nous sommes resté 4 nuits, la chambre était parfaite et le personnel aux petits soins.
Quartier super attractif et dynamique, dans le centre de Paris.

My room had bed bugs and the reception staff were very unprofessional about the situation and made me very uncomfortable even bringing this issue up. I cannot recommend this place, as they refuse to make things right and will charge you full price for a room with these issues. I’m highly allergic to bug bites and could end up in the hospital due to an allergic reaction.

I did have a reservation (and checked into the hotel) and spoke with Ariana and Justine about this matter and they were quite nasty to me. This response is unsurprising and it is what I expected given my experience. I also see other people have complained about bed bugs at your hotel in other reviews. Perhaps your approach to customer service could be improved. I’m happy to provide support to Google in the form of a hotel receipt or photos.

I did leave the hotel after discovering the bed bug and did not stay overnight because I could not risk being bitten due to my allergies. Your hotel charged me for the night anyway and I have proof I’m glad to provide to Google to prove my genuine review. I’m sure potential customers will be put off by the negative tone of your communications and replies, so I suggest you consider optics. Your hotel has only attacked me (defensiveness) right from the start. Perhaps you could change your approach to customer service and maybe you’ll end up with better outcomes for the hotel and its customers. I love supporting small businesses that treat customers right.

Em pasat tres dias a Paris, excelent ubicació amb transport public a prop,a mes tens moltes atraccions turísticas que pots anar caminant.
