Low cost hotel in the heart of Paris welcoming a young clientele in its quiet, simple and bright rooms.
In the heart of Paris, this recently small low cost hotel welcomes guests in the pedestrian district of Les Halles Montorgueil, a few steps from museums, historic monuments and the main shopping centre of the Forum des Halles. The rooms are spread over 6 floors without lift (best booking for lower floors). They are quiet, simple but bright. They are equipped with double glazing and a private shower. There is no breakfast on the premises but in nearby cafes and restaurants.

Günstiges Zimmer, mehr aber auch nicht. Romantische Stimmung kommt hier in der Stadt der Liebe garantiert nicht auf :D. Das Highlight ist zudem noch die Toilette auf dem überaus engen Flur, an der Mensch es nicht hinbekommen hat, die Türen richtig zu zu spachteln, sodass immer ein Ausguckecken frei bleibt. Die Zimmer sind zudem extrem hellhörig und lieblos eingerichtet. Einzig die Lage ist gut.

Proche de la gare pour ne pas vous fatiguer avec vos bagages. Le service est gentil, les dames servent avec un bon mot et de l'aide.

Los baños se encontraban en la oscuridad, en el medio de la escalera, uno era ducha y otro inodoro, estaban intercalados. Las puertas no cerraban correctamente, y se veía desde las escaleras quien estaba adentro realizando su aseo. Al comienzo te da un poco de miedo, después te acostumbras.
En cuanto al pago, teníamos reserva pero al llegar te cobran un impuesto municipal extra y las personas de recepción se negaron a cobrarnos con tarjeta. Nos mandaron al cajero y que les trajéramos euros, nos quisieron obligar a pagarles con efectivo bajo la mentira de que “no funcionaba es postnet”.
A ver… uno sabe que está yendo a un hostel low-cost, no puede ir con muchas pretenciones, pero es bueno estar al tanto de todo esto.
Otro dato que me gustaría agregar, que si bien en lo personal no me molesta, es ruidoso. Las escaleras, los pasillos, las habitaciones, retumban los pasos.
No es un lugar al que no volveríamos porque está bien ubicado y para los extranjeros el precio es muy bueno, pero uno tiene que ser consciente de todos los pros y las contras.
