In the historic heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Bourse, Trader's offers quality bistronomic cuisine in a contemporary decor, with exposed brickwork and a metal bar. The menu, inspired by local and foreign dishes, puts French local products in the spotlight. Each day, four starters, five main courses, three desserts. For example, Norman beef sirloin, roasted prawns with aubergine caviar Indian style, sea bream a la plancha, glazed citrus shortbread... In the evening, the neo-bistro becomes a pleasant cocktail bar with a bonus: a small bar hidden in the basement under pretty vaults. On sunny days, the terrace is a real plus.

Excellent restaurant !!! Le lieu est top! Le service est impeccable! Et la cuisine… une explosion des saveurs… Cela faisait longtemps que je cherchais un tel lieu. L’ambiance y est très agréable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !!

J’avais beaucoup apprécié ce restaurant les deux dernières fois où j’y suis allée, mais la, grosse déception sur la nourriture, avec une dorade beaucoup trop cuite qui ressemblait plutôt à du thon. On s’est demandé si ce n’était pas du poisson décongelé..
En revanche, le cadre est toujours agréable et le service très sympa.
