A nice stop with a bucolic terrace, classic and charming, is worth a detour.
Le Tir Bouchon, "TB" for regulars, is a nice stopover if you stroll around rue Montorgueil. It's a small bistro worth a detour. terracotta tile flooring, white tablecloths and bucolic terrace, the place is both classic and charming. On the menu, you will have the pleasure to enjoy: snail casserole with garlic, rib steak with truffle butter, swordfish steak with pistou, duck parmentier with foie gras, amandine with pears, etc. The establishment has recently been equipped with a rôtisserie, a true asset! The dishes are beautiful, balanced and very gourmet. The wine cellar is also well equipped, the selection is original and efficient.

Adorable ! J'ai été (très) pénible qu'en à mes demandes etc ... le Chef n'a pas hésité à venir nous renseigner etc, tout est fait maison et excellent, nous nous sommes tout simplement régalées dans ce cadre chaleureux :) Un Grand Merci à vous !

Dans ce bistrot où on est arrivé par hasard et rempli d'Américains (les guides touristiques ont bon goût!), le jeune chef propose une carte de bistrot contemporaine hyper respectueuse et super honnête. Un rapport choix (toujours risqué, une carte à l'ardoise un peu longue et pourtant...)/qualité (propositions simples et justes)/prix/proportions plus que parfait. Un service simple et efficace. C'est donc possible en plein Paris! Le petit plus serait qu'il soit possible d'avoir un choix un peu plus large de vins servis au verre. Cependant, le verre de Chardonnay ou de Pinot noir est très bien.
