Traditional Parisian bistro between the Bourse and the Opera where good products are honored.

The traditional Parisian bistro in all its splendor, nestled between the Bourse and Opéra, and a success story that continues to this day with Alain Fontaine at the helm for many years. A wine and local produce enthusiast, Alain shares his love of good food with a clientele of regulars. The menu changes daily, and the pork sauté with gingerbread on the day we visited was beyond reproach. Before dessert, it's imperative to visit the cheese section to discover the little-known, but nonetheless excellent Tome du Ramier from Montauban.

Ristorante frequentato dai parigini, fuori dai circuiti turistici. Menù di pietanze francesi, per lo più a me sconosciute, ma dopo la gentilezza e disponibilità del cameriere nel spiegare che cosa erano e i suoi suggerimenti nell'ordinare devo dire che ho conosciuto dei sapori nuovi che mi sono molto piaciuti. Il ristorante non l'ho incontrato per caso ma mi era stato consigliato e ha superato le mie aspettative. Prezzo onesto per essere in zona Opèra nel centro di Parigi uscendo con molta classe dalla maggioranza dei ristoranti che offrono più o meno tutti le stesse cose.
Consigliatissimo.
