Brasserie in Paris preparing well-crafted and generous traditional dishes.
Victor and Charly are at the helm of this Brasserie Dubillot, a stone's throw from Porte Saint-Denis, which after a year's experience has more than proved its worth. The restaurant uses the same recipes that have proved so popular at Bellanger, another establishment owned by the same group: well-crafted, generous traditional dishes (cf. the thickness of the slice of pâté en croûte), young, attentive service, rather tight prices and a decor that's just as vitamin-packed and flowery, with a very Instagrammable facade that's above all recognizable from the outside.

All staff incredibly accommodating and friendly but espy Anis, Mateo who were brilliant and full of great suggestions. French onion soup was the absolute stand out and a must.
