Restaurant with a terrace in Paris offering dishes with seductive and convincing flavours, a menu of copious menus.

This restaurant, whose reputation has been established, is found under the columns of the Place de la Bourse. With its lovely terrace, Bissac has been able to attract gourmet people and tourists. In its labyrinthic cellar, the house displays dozens of bottles, rich in taste and name. Here, you'll be served all day long with unfeigned smile and a foolproof efficiency. On the plate, the flavor alliances are very attractive and convincing: zucchini flowers garnished with chèvre in fritters, beef flank steak with Marchand wine sauce, whole rouget vendangeur and its tomato chips, financier with sesame, black chocolate marquise with salt flower and fresh raspberries… The menus are really worth visiting, they are affordable and copious, unlike the à la carte menu that displays prices a bit high.

Pour le midi service beaucoup trop lent.
Je regrette l’ancienne équipe de service.
Depuis les serveurs ne sont pas au niveau et se succèdent.

Our dish of oxtail was too salty though tasty. Service is very good and friendly.

We walked in without a booking and from the movement we arrived Timothy made us feel special. The food matched the service and was exactly what we wanted; that is French food used mg in season m ingredients (other restaurants are serving classic French foods and d, this restaurant is serving what s in season). Highlights for me were the wild boar and the ox cheek and foie gras stuffed cabbage.
