Half way between the gourmet bistro and the tapas bar, the Pas Sage restaurant is the perfect spot for the poil of what is commonly known as a bistronomique. A pleasant, frills atmosphere and minimalist cuisine where quality and flavours reign. Tapas, bone marrow, octopus carpaccio, house plates will not leave you indifferent. The taste and texture balance is perfect. The products are fresh and well-seasoned and accompanied by a very good wine card. It is concluded without a false note by the culinary delights of the house. One thing is certain: We will not only pass to the Pas, because it certainly is worth the detour.
