Restaurant-bistro with terrace in Paris preparing a careful brasserie menu and homemade charcuterie.
The restaurant Le Compas was already mentioned by Zola in Le Ventre de Paris. Located in the centre of rue Montorgueil, this trendy, arty place, with its urban decor, fans and jazzy disco music, is coveted for its pleasant terrace and round-the-clock service. A true Parisian bistro, the Compas offers a carefully-crafted brasserie menu: escargots de Bourgogne, gratinée à l'oignon, beef tartare, entrecôte, cod fish & chips, croque-monsieur, burger... And for a local touch: charcuterie from Maison Mas.

Brasserie ouvert jusqu’à 2h du matin. La cuisine est ouverte jusqu'à 00h45. L'ambiance et le service sont au rendez-vous. Je vous conseille ce lieu est sympathique avec sa jolie terrasse.

Ambiente bom, atendimento top e garçons muito simpáticos! Infelizmente os preços das bebidas são um pouco salgados (12,50€) por uma cerveja grande de pressão achei caro. Aliás, este foi o restaurante onde paguei mais caro por uma cerveja em Paris. Por este motivo não votaria.

Si vais a París y buscáis un restaurante de comida francesa con “calidad-precio”, os recomiendo este restaurante.

在经历了几家被拒绝入门的经历后，我们根据Google Map的评价了解到这家餐厅服务还不错。走进来，果然很棒。店员非常热情接待了我们。
????点了洋葱汤、油封鸭、牛肉薯条和蜗牛，每一道都很好吃！！整体价格也是符合食物的出品高度的。店里气氛很多，还有很多人来家庭聚餐。
服务也很热情，还送了非常多的餐前面包。
上菜速度也不错，在店里全满的情况下，我们催促了一下主菜，很快就送上来了。
????感觉这里每一位服务生都是超人，大家端着很多盘子在店里飞奔，还微笑服务好每一位人，建议老板给他们加薪水留住他们。厨房做菜很快又好吃，算是这次在巴黎最好的用餐经历了。
????如果非要提什么建议，可以不用每道菜都送面包，餐前送一次就可以了，主菜可以把面包改为赠送橄榄之类的，会更完美。
